  • Does your property often remain unoccupied?
    We will visit your property once a week (or more frequently, upon request). We ventilate the space, empty the mailbox, flush all toilets, run water in the showers to prevent odors, inspect plants and irrigation systems, and ensure everything is in order.
  • Expecting craftsmen to arrive?
    We can receive them on-site and provide you with photos of the completed work.
  • Interested in renting out your property?
    We will welcome your guests upon arrival, hand over keys, and handle any necessary formalities. Before their departure, we will inspect the condition of the property and retrieve the keys.
  • Found a vacation villa or apartment on the internet and want to verify its true beauty?
    We will personally visit your desired property and send you a real video showcasing its condition.
